Professor Richard: Missense mutations in FLCN

Functional analysis of novel missense FLCN variants in patients affected with Birth-Hogg-Dubé syndrome

Professor Stéphane Richard’s project is investigating how pathological missense FLCN mutations in BHD patients affect FLCN protein function and stability, and how these variants lead to disease.

Professor Richard is Professor at the École Pratique des Hautes Études and Director of the Laboratory of Oncogenetics at the Faculté de Médecine Paris-Sud and the Institut Gustave Roussy in Paris, France.
